Check out this brief list of things I'm looking to achieve or complete before the summer is over. You might even see an idea [or two] that you too can add to your own bucket list!

The season has returned upon us that involves trip planning, picking out the hottest [and skinniest] bathing suit and drive-in movie dates. Summertime is full of all these things, but a few extra activities could make this summer the most productive and fulfilling one yet!

Cleaning Out Your Closet

It's about time to donate those senior prom heels. After all, it's been about eight years! Donate those things along with your prom dress [if it's still collecting dust in your closet] to a local consignment shop or donation center. Anything that's too small, too big, or even just out of style, make a plan to donate them to a local donation center. Not only is it a great way to give back, but it's also a great excuse to go shopping and create an entirely new wardrobe!

Get To Moving

How many overnight diets have you attempted that left you broke and often times still unsatisfied with weight loss results? It's a revolving cycle that begins with 5000 watts of motivation and crashes three days later because of the lack of proper preparation. Create workouts and create a schedule. Allow Monday to be your Abs & Upper Body Day, then allow Wednesday to be your Leg & Lower Body Day. The goal is to create a schedule that flows with YOU, don't create an unfeasible schedule that doesn't align with what you're capable of doing and when. That leads to disappointment which leads to lack of motivation which leads to lack of inspiration, and well, you can see where I'm headed with this. Plan a fitness schedule and stick to the schedule, your summer body is one plan away.
